Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of innovative, cost-effective solutions
- Produce architectural recommendations and technical specifications around development large integrated enterprise class system using Agile methodologies
- Delivery of complex projects in the development space through high efficiency, reusable components and sharing of best practices
- Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign efforts working closely with stakeholders across the globe
- Establish development standards and drive adherence to best practices as part of knowledge management
- Establish architecture guidance working with Architecture teams, and drive implementation through strong design and development principles, quality management
- Build and grow capability for development team members based on competency frameworks and project pipeline
Skills & Experience:
- Min 12+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com with Connected care app and Veeva
- Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
- Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy
- Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives
- Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning
- Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming
- You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions
- Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
- Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
- Team-centric but able to work autonomously
- Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
